Today was my last Stories and Songs session for the season. Say that three times real fast. I’ve been leading music sessions for the Battery Park Conservancy for the past few years. Not an easy job but always fun. Basically four hours of singing and playing the guitar pretty much nonstop for kids ranging in age from 6 months to 3 years (and their caretakers). Today, due to the various holidays and breaks, classes were relatively small.

Great group of folks down at the BPC and they put a tremendous effort into developing and organizing outstanding activities for kids. During the spring and summer they move it all outside and focus on outdoor activities. Worth checking out – hopefully I’ll be back in September
